Sika UAE LLC regard the management of quality, environmental, health & safety issues as an integral part of its operations of developing, manufacturing and delivering speciality chemicals for our Business Unit industries at the lowest possible cost, safely and with the lowest possible impact on the local environment.
This will entail the training and involvement of all employees to meet the company's commitments to quality, the environment and health & safety.
The company's documented system, an Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 describes the organisation, responsibilities and activities employed by Sika UAE LLC.
Sika UAE LLC will develop and manufacture products in a planned and efficient manner in order to meet our customer’s requirements in terms of technology, reliability, performance and availability.
Meet and, where possible, exceed the requirements of EHS legislation and standards with respect to product quality, safety and environmental requirements.
Use natural resources in a responsible way, seeking to reduce their consumption, recycling where it cannot reuse, thereby minimizing its output of waste and emissions.
Incorporate safety into all operations and products, eliminating risks where possible, minimizing risks where they cannot be eliminated.
This policy is implemented through the adoption of an Integrated Management System by all Sika UAE LLC employees. Sika UAE LLC management and employees are committed to continually improve the effectiveness of the IMS management system and the IMS Objectives against defined targets.
